About the author
Morgan wrote – and illustrated – her first book in 3rd grade, to a complete and utter lack of critical acclaim. This rare find, entitled Can We Hide Here?, now exists only in a private collection and possibly in her elementary school library. Undaunted, she continued daydreaming story ideas for herself and eventually for her children. While her kids will forever mock her subpar artistic skills, they adored her storytelling.
When not curled up with a good book, she’s likely planning a trip or out traveling the world. She has climbed Long’s Peak in Colorado, snorkeled with sea turtles in St. John, spent a year among the châteaux of France and cliff-jumped in Northern Ireland – all amazing adventures which added inspiration to the worlds in her head.
Finally deciding it was way past time to trust her instincts and take the leap, A Warrior’s Vow was her first novel. She loves adventure, characters you wish you could sit down with over coffee, and stories that intrigue and delight you.
Morgan is currently hard at work on Book III, which will conclude Astra’s trilogy.
